New £5.8m Affordable Housing Scheme for Wrexham

Work has commenced on a £5.8 million housing scheme for Pennaf Housing Group to create fifty new affordable apartments in Wrexham. Our teams are acting as quantity surveyor and employer’s agent. The Welsh Government has provided Social Housing Grant Funding of £1.45m towards the total scheme cost, to help meet the housing need in the local area.

Darlington College Appointment

12 Jan 2017

The building surveying team in Newcastle has been appointed by Darlington College to manage the reinstatement of the main commercial and curriculum kitchens following fire damage in October. A quick turnaround of the tender documents was required to ensure that a contractor was appointed and on site well in advance of Christmas.

Assessments have been made by the loss adjusters and works are to be completed by the end of March.
