FM Catering Contract Success

Having managed a procurement exercise for the catering contract for an academy based in the North West, our facilities management team has just completed a review at the end of the first year. All of the initial aims have been successfully achieved, with sales vastly in excess of the original forecast. This not only means that they have been able to operate on a nil-subsidy basis at the end of year one, but have also made a significant profit.

£1m Refurbishment at Exchange Quay

The latest phase of refurbishment works at Exchange Quay in Salford has been completed by our teams with a £1 million fast track programme of works completed over three months. This has included the refurbishment of Building 5 Reception and common areas along with Cat A fitout works to Building 8.

Clinical Commissioning Group Work Continues

Our appointment through One Partnership has been extended once again and we are working as part of a team co-located within the CCG headquarters in Rochdale. The work involves developing the borough’s draft Strategic Estates Plan towards implementation.

New Scheme Completed for HB Villages

Our team provided employer’s agent services on the 16-unit scheme at Ashmount Court in Balby near Doncaster, which has been specifically adapted for vulnerable adults with learning difficulties.
