The Gaza Project is a £52m development to provide technical facilities (garaging, workshops, stores, armoury, gym, offices, training facilities), hard and soft landscaping, and infrastructure for the co-location of 3 Close Support (3CS) & 5 Close Support (5CS) Medical Regiments (IMSB). The project also includes the serviced plot preparation for 3 single living accommodation (SLAM) developments.

The Megiddo Project is a £30m development to provide technical facilities (garaging, workshops, stores, armoury, offices) at Megiddo Lines for 1 Battalion Royal Electrical and Mechanical Engineers (1 Btn REME), Security Controls on Ava Road for the new Munster Barracks and serviced plot preparation on Tankadrome for the Single Living Accommodation (SLAM) development, including provision of car parking, landscaping and street lighting.
