AA Projects recruits new divisional director

AA Projects has recruited a new Divisional Director to manage and develop the Quantity Surveying business across the five regional offices. This is a new role for this growing organisation and Andrew Elson FRICS joins AA Projects from Cyril Sweett, where he has 20 years experience of expanding their Manchester office.
