Further BREEAM ‘Excellent’ Award for Loreto College

The Ellis & Kennedy Building at Loreto Sixth Form College is one the first projects to achieve the BREEAM ‘Excellent’ at both design and post construction stages in the country and is considered one of the most sustainable buildings in the North West. This high target was achieved by incorporating sustainability and BREEAM issues at early design stages and throughout the whole design and post construction process. This allowed the scheme to achieve the award for the most sustainable BREEAM project for Further Educational Buildings in the BREEAM 2010 awards.

AA Projects provided Project Management and Strategic Management expertise for the scheme and were tasked with delivering a state-of-the-art teaching facility that promotes sustainable design to the College and its wider community.
