Feed in Tariffs

AA Projects is able to provide advice on funding low carbon technologies that best meet the demands of your organisation. We are not tied to any individual micro-generation installer or funder and are therefore able to provide independent advice on the adoption of low carbon technologies.

The Government introduced Feed in Tariffs (FIT’s) in April 2010 and the effect of these Tariffs has meant that low carbon technologies benefit from significantly improved financial returns. Feed in Tariffs make enhanced payments for the generation of electricity and can be applied to a range of renewable technologies including; photovoltaic panels, wind turbines, anaerobic digestion, micro hydro, and micro combined heat and power.

Payments are Index Linked and Guaranteed by the Government depending on the technology adopted for a period of 20 to 25 years.

Organisations should act quickly in order to maximise the potential benefits, reduce their environmental impact and protect themselves from higher bills.
