Our history
The company was formed in 1999 when we acted as project managers and funding consultants to City of Liverpool College. We were pioneers in the sector and delivered pathfinder Centres of Vocational Excellence, which saw a radical transformation of colleges nationally. Our role was to assist colleges through major changes to their estates, as well as managing the development process itself.
Ever since we have diversified our offer across local, national and international developments, spanning public and private sectors. Our services have expanded responding to the growing needs of our clients and today we provide a 360 degree service around all elements of the built environment.
Learning
As a business, we are built on a commitment to learn and grow. We provide our staff with the infrastructure to deliver excellence through clear development programmes, peer support, and the time to make each project unique.
We share knowledge in our delivery across our clients and communities. We run CPD sessions, host conference panels, and create learning networks.
Environment
We have been a carbon neutral business since 2011 and have designed our pathway to NetZero Carbon.
We continuously up-skill our consultants in progressive and sustainable solutions. We have an in-house sustainability team and a chartered environmentalist on our board of directors.
