RICS Awards Wales winner: Coed Pella-Conwy County Borough Council Civic Offices, Colwyn Bay, Regeneration.

Identified c£75m of potential revenue efficiencies across the Greater Manchester Primary Care portfolio.

Handover achieved on Nexus. A huge effort from the team drove this fantastic development for the University of Leeds to completion.

AA Projects was founded by Paul Allen in 1999. At the beginning AA Projects started as a team of three.
