In his role as Director, David leads the BS teams in the Midlands to offer bespoke solutions that are specifically tailored to our clients’ requirements. David joined AA Projects in 2009 after being a partner at Craig Associates in Liverpool.

Previously head of the building surveying division at AAP, David identified the emergence of specialist rights of light, daylight sunlight, Party Wall and expert witness services and established AAP as a leading provider of these offers, growing a large UK portfolio.

He provides advice on large scale national developments across several sectors including office, retail, PRS, private residential and mixed use. He has supported some of our key clients including Engie, Equitix, McGoffs, Marrico, Oxford City Council and Town Centre Securities.

Fun fact: Dave is a perfectly average golfer and leads our annual fundraiser to complete four rounds on the same day starting at 4.45am and finishing exhausted as it goes dark at 9.30pm.
