AA Projects Named Number One by JV North

We’re delighted to have resecured our place on the JV North Building Back Fairer framework, achieving the number one position for both Employers Agent and Purchase Agent services.

We’ve also secured a slot on the Principal Designer services lot, which enables us to continue our strong eight-year relationship with the partners on this framework.

The Building Back Fairer framework was launched in April 2021, and offers £560 million to help members develop 4,000 homes. Framework partners were asked to support members address inequalities, poor health and unemployment by delivering social value in the schemes they are appointed to.

AA Projects welcomes new Divisional Director of Quantity Surveying

We’re extremely pleased to welcome Ian Mitchell to our London office as Divisional Director of Quantity Surveying.

With over 25 years’ experience of providing cost management services to the health and public sectors, Ian has worked on PFI contracts, acute hospitals, primary care, and technical facilities such as laboratories, high-tech diagnostic departments, and imaging centres across the UK.

Ian joins the London team of AA Projects from AECOM where he was also a director, focusing on healthcare and building client relationships in the public sector. He’ll be supporting our clients to negotiate the challenging market they operate in, working with them to use their funding to maximum effect.
