AA Projects Awarded Investors in People Standard for the Fourth Time

Congratulations to all the team at AA Projects who embraced the charity Christmas Jumper Day in aid of Save The Children. With the company matching all the donations that have been raised, a donation of £500 will be made to Save The Children. Minister Visits new Pennaf Homes Housing Development in Wrexham

Minister for Communities and Tackling Poverty Lesley Griffiths AM visited Wrexham to see how Welsh Government investment is ensuring affordable homes are being provided for people in the area. She toured the Llys Santes Ann site where construction recently got underway on a £2 million, 23-home development in Glan Gors, Caia Park. It is being developed by Pennaf Housing Group in conjunction with Wrexham Borough County Council and AA Projects is providing quantity surveying, CDM-C and employer’s agent services on the scheme.

Wandsworth Borough Council Awards FM Contract

The facilities management team has been awarded a commission with Wandsworth Borough Council to provide technical FM support in relation to the procurement of soft and hard FM contracts. These contracts have an estimated combined value of £25 million. The role of AA Projects will be to review the client’s specifications, service standards and key performance indicator documentation and provide comment on their suitability.

HRH The Earl of Wessex Opens New College Building

The new Creative Arts Suite at King Edward VI College in Nuneaton has been officially opened by The Earl of Wessex. AA Projects provided quantity surveying and employer’s agent service on the £1.1 million state-of-the-art new building that was funded by the Education Funding Agency. The Creative Arts Suite contains six new classrooms including a sound proofed Music Studio, a Dance Classroom, Photography Studio, Media Suite and a Film Studio that are equipped with all the latest technology and equipment.
