£5m Care Home Transformation is Complete

Our dedicated housing team has been working with the Pennaf Housing Group to help deliver a specialist high quality 66 bed care home in Chirk, North Wales for residents living with a wide range of care needs for older people including dementia. Chirk Court on the Wales / Shropshire border outside Wrexham, has been transformed over the last 18 months with four household areas in two new buildings created alongside one household area continuing to look after residents in part of the original care home building.

New Sixth Form Centre Grand Opening in Rugby

Last Friday saw the grand opening of the Sixth Form Centre at Ashlawn School Academy Trust in Rugby. Our teams undertook the project management of the overall build along with providing quantity surveying and principal designer services. Keith German, Director at AA Projects said, “We are delighted to have been involved in the completion of these outstanding new facilities which will change the face of sixth form provision locally, and to be part of the celebrations to mark the grand opening.”

New Housing Scheme to be Named after Local Hero

Pennaf Housing Group is to name a new housing scheme in Aston, Flintshire ‘Llys Gary Speed’ in memory of the former Wales football captain and manager. Pupils from Shotton and Hawarden chose the name which has been approved by council members and Gary’s family. AA Projects is working with Pennaf on the development of 21 houses that will be completed in spring 2017.

AA Projects has received a new appointment on a 66 unit apartment scheme with a split deck basement car park off Simpson Street in Manchester. Our client, Forshaw Land & Property Group, is developing the scheme which includes a mix of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments with the apartments to be sold to the private investor market. We are providing employer’s agent, quantity surveying and party wall surveying services.
