Christmas Donations to Unicef and Save the Children

A charity donation has been made to Unicef this year, in place of sending Christmas cards to all our valued contacts. Teams in all offices have also supported the Save the Children Christmas jumper day, raising over £300 for the charity.

A planning submission has been made to Manchester City Council for a mixed-use development known as Central Park Plaza to provide a second Holiday Inn on Manchester’s Oldham Road, together with a nursery, offices and multi-storey car park. New £39m HQ for Conwy County Council

Finance has now been secured for a new £39m headquarters for Conwy County Council. The office will accommodate around 750 council staff, relocating from 13 buildings. Our QS team is delighted to be providing project monitor services on the 100,000 sq ft offices to be built in Colwyn Bay town centre.

Our congratulations go to Idverde UK on winning a BALI National Landscape Principal Award for Exchange Quays in Salford. The award was in the non-domestic category for projects over £1.5 million.
