It was announced in today’s issue of Building journal that AA Projects has made the top 10 best employers in the Good Employer Guide. Out of 70 entrants we were shortlisted for the Communication and Connection category for our MBO communication initiative. Our submission led to us being chosen along with nine others for the inaugaral Good Employer Building Award 2018.
We will be hosting some of our key clients at the awards ceremony in London on the 6th November, where the winner of the Award will be revealed. The Good Employer Guide continues to provide potential recruits a means to identify which companies are going above and beyond. Whereas the award nominees provide an inspiring showcase of industry best practice and excellence across five key areas, training; wellbeing; connection and communication; flexible working and parental policies; or recruitment, outreach and inclusion.
