Drees & Sommer UK has relocated its midlands office to Birmingham’s Alpha Tower reflecting the company’s increasing client base in the region and growth potential from new markets and opportunities. The relocation comes on the back of growth figures for the company of over 30% across the last year.

The new office in Birmingham will be the hub for projects being delivered in the city as well as providing a growth platform to the surrounding regions. It will allow our clients in the area to receive a more dedicated, local service with an experienced team providing all core services from a city centre location.

Drees & Sommer UK has a broad range of clients in the region and helped to deliver the £34 million landmark Birmingham Dental Hospital and School of Dentistry and has secured positions on frameworks with Birmingham University and Birmingham City University.

Drees & Sommer UK is currently working on major commissions in the heart of the city including project management of the redevelopment of The Grand Hotel.

Chris Thorpe, Director at Drees & Sommer UK commented, “We’re all really excited to be relocating to the city centre. As a business our emphasis is on quality solutions that are innovative and client focussed. The new Birmingham city location provides a fantastic opportunity to consolidate and develop our work in the region; as well as offering the chance to collaborate with other property businesses located within the building. The office itself is an exciting space that allows for flexible working and reflects our key values.”

Theresa White, Head of Workspace for CEG added “We are delighted to welcome Drees & Sommer UK to their new home at Alpha Works. The site has quickly become a hub of like-minded and well-respected businesses all capitalising on the thriving Birmingham economy and Drees & Sommer UK will complement the current members perfectly. We are very happy they have chosen to base both their Birmingham and Manchester offices at CEG properties.”
