The Birmingham office of AA Projects has moved to new premises. The new offices are located on Birmingham Business Park and the move to larger premises reflects the growth the company has seen in the Midlands, with an expanding workforce and client base in the region.
The recession has impacted many businesses particularly in the West Midlands with the construction industry being particularly hard hit. AA Projects has bucked the trend having taken on ten new staff in their Birmingham office since the start of the year.
“The growth has come from our continued focus on delivering a range of high quality core professional services to property owners and developers, alongside the introduction of a range of niche products and services that we have developed in response to client requests for support,” says Kevin McEvoy, Director for Birmingham.
“By adopting a different approach, we have shown flexibility and have been able to develop a number of niche services that help clients generate savings and deliver operational efficiencies from their facilities. Our breadth of service offer and ability to generate funding solutions across a number of sectors has also added significant value to our clients.
We have maintained quality as our differentiator in the marketplace which has ensured that we have continued to obtain a high level of repeat business from existing clients as well as being able to demonstrate the quality of our staff and approach to new clients.”
Commercially, there is an increased level of interest in rights of light and party wall services from developers. Energy and sustainability are also an important area for the business, with an approach that appears to be striking a chord with clients.
AA Projects has also recently opened a London office in Soho Square, bringing the company’s office count to six. Further recruitment is planned in all offices in the coming year.
