Wolseley UK – Various FM Roles

AA Projects is undertaking a variety of roles across a number of divisions for Wolseley UK. For our facilities management (FM) division the roles have included:

  • Production of cleaning policy for the branch network
  • Production of Maintenance SLA’s
  • Review of FM Support Service options
  • Asbestos Management Review
  • Statutory Compliance Review
  • Building Systems Handover Process
  • LEED policies review

The variety of roles is testament to the breadth of skills within the FM team and the relationship that has been built. We have assisted in developing a large number of the client's maintenance policies and procedures to ensure that the estate is maintained appropriately and in compliance with statutory regulations. he work has also ensured that internal processes operate efficiently to ensure that the transfer of capital projects to the operational teams is undertaken successfully. We have also advised on policies to meet the requirements of external schemes such as LEED.
