Wandsworth Borough Council – Technical Advisor & Statutory Compliance Reviews
Our facilities management (FM) team has been retained by Wandsworth Borough Council in a Technical Advisor capacity, to provide advice relating to the outsourcing of their hard and soft FM maintenance provision. The client had instigated an OJEU compliant competitive dialogue process and received advice relating to the specification writing, procurement strategy and with respect to the integration of CAFM systems also.
During the process, the Council also had a requirement to undertake a review of the levels of compliance achieved across its portfolio, in terms of statutory property regulations. Our FM division implemented a program of Statutory Compliance Reviews across ten properties to identify any significant failings and make best practice recommendations.
In tandem with this a review of the health and safety policy of the Council was undertaken, to ensure that the requirements of the policy were implemented at site level.
