Lewis Carroll Centre
The Lewis Carroll Centre in Daresbury offers a key focal point on the "Carroll Trail" and provides an introduction to the author’s key works. It is the first dedicated centre to Lewis Carroll. It was here at All Saints Church that the author of Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland was baptised and his father was Priest between 1827 and 1843. AA Projects was delighted to work on this scheme, which was of archaeological interest and located in a green belt and conservation area. The scheme involved creating a sympathetic extension to the Grade II listed All Saints Church and was backed by the Heritage Lottery Fund.
