Managing health and safety effectively represents a challenging and sometimes time consuming task for any company, regardless of size. Every company is affected by health and safety regulations that affect the working environment regardless of the nature of the business. We would conduct a full review of the premises and review the current ‘best practice and procedures/Approved Codes of Practice’. Upon completion we will provide an appraisal, detailing the actions required to ensure that the organisation is being managed in line with the current legislation and, more importantly, ensure the business, employees and premises are in safe hands.
We are able to prepare health and safety management systems specifically designed as living documents that reflect how a business operates. The policy will describe the structure of a business in terms of health and safety responsibilities. We also provide guidance on the specific day-to-day arrangements and responsibilities for controlling or eliminating types of hazards that may arise as part of the business activity.
We can manage the process of ensuring that businesses have in place all the required information and documents in line with a health and safety management system such as OHSAS 18001. We would work closely with the responsible person from the client’s organisation to plan what is required and then put in place the required documentation.
