Planning granted for the third phase at JunctionNINE Retail Park

We are pleased to provide an update on our project with The Derwent Group at JunctionNINE Retail Park, planning has been granted for the third phase of the scheme which has now commenced.

This latest phase of our Warrington retail park will see the creation of a new 35,500 sq ft unit, which is set to be Home Bargains new flagship store as well as the creation of a further 50,000 sq ft of prime retail space.
