We are proud to announce that we are partners of the Government Property 23 conference hosted by Public Sector Connect. The conference, taking place on Wednesday 6th September, brings together those working in public sector property to discuss and debate the Government’s Property Strategy, one year on from its launch.

Familiar with the One Public Estate (OPE) approach and experts in Neighbourhood Asset Review (NAR), AA Projects will be presenting during the conference, answering the question: How can we go from ‘everything, everywhere, all at once,’ to ‘smaller, better, greener’?

We will showcase some case study examples of what has been achieved so far through NAR programmes and how we measure against the ambitions of the Government Property Strategy. As part of the discussion, we will be joined by a representative that is directly involved in the place-based approach that will be discussed, giving a voice to their real experiences and lessons learned.
