We continue to grow our leadership team in the South with the appointment of new Divisional Director Tom Duck.

One of the most important things to us here at Drees & Sommer UK is the fact our people embody our values and mission. We are pleased to say we have welcomed Tom Duck into the Drees & Sommer UK team as Divisional Director of Project Management.

Tom joins us with over 20 years of experience across a broad range of industry sectors such as Care, Residential, Commercial, Leisure and Retail. Specialising in the Later Living sector, Tom has worked on a number of projects across London and the South East, providing project and cost management services to Signature Senior Lifestyle - a luxury care home provider.

Tom also has a good range of experience in the Build to Rent and student residential sectors including assisting AKII Properties, a private developer, with the development of their first Vibe student accommodation scheme in Kingston upon Thames. Since joining Tom is also lead project manager on a new £65m Build to Rent development in central Peterborough for the Peterborough Investment Partnership, which builds on his experience in the sector with other private developers.

Speaking of his appointment, Tom said ‘I’m really pleased to have joined Drees & Sommer UK who are a client focused and forward thinking property consultancy on a real growth curve. I look forward to assisting them grow their residential business across the South.’
