A family led business, we have helped them deliver their highly ambitious and active pipelines in new-build, off-plan apartments and town homes.
We have delivered a number of schemes including:
Derwent Street £35m Employer’s Agent services on two £35m ‘landmark’ PRS buildings ranging from 11 to 27 storeys, comprising 183 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments. The scheme improves and enhances an existing area of open space ‘transforming the connection between the development and the riverside walk.
Worrell Street £41m Three buildings ranging from seven to eight storeys, comprising 252 apartments at Worrall Street, Ordsall, Salford.
Simpson Street £8.5m A 66 unit apartment scheme with a split deck basement car park.
Barrel Yard £5m Employer’s agent for their new development at the Barrel Yard site in Hulme. The project is the second phase of development on the site and follows the recent completion of the conversion of the Grade II listed Queens Brewery building into apartments. The Barrel Yard project consists of 17 town houses and 25 apartments.
