Since 2017, we have been appointed on a number of regional frameworks across England for Home Group.

Due to the scale of the client as a national provider, the creation of JV agreements and land and developer led contracts has been central to the RP delivering new build housing against their ambitious targets. It has been vital to our delivery across numerous mixed tenure schemes, to support all these stakeholders and partnership agreements.

We have provided regular risk and cost reporting as well as leading the schemes around project and programme management. Our relationship with Home Group extends across all our consultancy services, and over a very short space of time, we have been able to engage a breadth of experts to ensure they are properly supported.

On two extra care schemes we have developed with Home Group, our Strategic Development team have completed a business case and demand study for each project, demonstrating need and capacity in the local population for each development to proceed.
