We have been members of the ICN framework since 2016 having supported a number of the member RPs prior to joining. Through the framework we have created a number of partnerships including Bolton at Home, Great Places Housing Group, Halton Housing, Jigsaw, Johnnie Johnson, One Manchester, Onward, Southway Housing Trust and Wigan Council.

We have delivered – or are in the process of delivering – over 1,000 units through the framework and continue to help accelerate delivery pipelines through land led opportunities and 106 agreements, JV partnerships and modular manufacturers.

Schemes have included general needs bungalows, houses and apartments, specialist supported housing and extra care schemes. The schemes have varied from one off bespoke bungalows for specific tenant needs, garage infill sites to larger 200 plus mixed tenure housing and apartments schemes including sales units. The schemes have included demolitions, site remediation, new build and refurbishment.

As part of the renewed framework in 2020 our aspiration is to help draw new RPs and local authorities to the framework. The latest iteration presents social value as a key driver and has struck a partnership with the Social Value Portal to assist consultants and contractors define and deliver social value that goes beyond the impact of the schemes.
