Drees & Sommer are appointed to a Professional Framework with Walsall Housing to provide Employer’s Agent, Purchaser’s Agent and Quantity Surveying services for their regional Development Program. Our work with Walsall Housing has delivered circa 500 Affordable Shared Ownership and Rented Properties across the West Midlands.

There is a demand for new, high quality, mixed-tenure properties in the region, and Drees & Sommer is providing the streamlined development process and effective delivery that Walsall Housing requires in order to achieve their set targets.

We have worked closely with Walsall Housing to both implement and manage Contractual and Association timelines. Our experts assisted with this process to ensure end user acceptance of properties and that the completion of properties is delivered as seamlessly as possible.

We have been assisting the Client in meeting the internal KPI’s which require them to deliver a number of homes within a set period, and we have worked effectively and efficiently with the Developer to meet programme dates.
