Affordable Housing

Our affordable housing specialists want to improve local communities through the creation of safe and sustainable homes. From smaller infill garage sites to larger strategic multi tenure sites, Joint Ventures and S106 schemes every home makes a difference. We work with Registered Providers and Local Authorities across England and Wales to deliver these homes and share the same goals and values.

These goals go beyond the provision of homes, they ensure they are constructed to a high quality, are thermally efficient, reduce fuel poverty and are delivered on time and within agreed budgets.

We established our residential unit in 2013 with a team of senior housing specialists. As a business we have helped deliver over 10,000 homes and are currently working to deliver a further 5,000. We are achieving this by meeting low carbon targets, and Homes England modular funding requirements.
