Further Education

The Further Education Sector is where it all started for AA Projects. We undertook the first pathfinder scheme in the sector having secured government funding to redevelop a substantial city centre campus. For the last two decades we have been instrumental in major redevelopments of further education estates and using public sector funding to act as a catalyst for the regeneration of towns and cities across the UK. Project values have ranged from £500k to £120m.

Our expert team understand the drivers in the sector and are working closely with a number of FE institutions across the country to capitalise on the £1.3 billion of funding which has been announced by the government to invest in property to enable the training of workforces for today and tomorrow.

We work closely with our clients in partnership to prepare strategic estates management plans that are innovative, well thought-through and worthy of government support. Our track record in the sector is second to none.
