AA Projects has supported over 750 institutions with refurbishments, new build projects, and carbon reduction. We understand the needs of schools and academies in detail and our team understand the need to minimise disruption to curricula, whilst maintaining safeguarding. We operate across all forms of schools from academies, multi academy trusts, local authority maintained, diocesan and independent schools across the UK.

We have secured in excess of £350 million in government funding via the Condition Improvement Fund, T – Level Funding, Priority Schools Building Programme and the Public Sector De-carbonisation Scheme and we are experts in accessing funding and delivery of subsequent works to improve school buildings. Our clients have achieved success from working with us following a planned approach to strategic asset management.

Our works for PFI funders and SPV’s have included assessing life cycle adequacy, undertaking condition surveys, expert instructions to diagnose and remedy building defects and providing strategic advice on asset management.
