Employers Agent

Under a Design and Build Contract, an Employers Agent can be appointed to act as a communications bridge and to administer the contract for clients and therefore become trusted advisors. Across the business we have many Employers Agents who are experienced in supporting our clients so they can achieve their project goals and outcomes.

Our approach is tried and tested with the team protecting our clients’ interests at all times, using our experience to guide the client through the procurement process, and all of the way to completion and handover.
