Healthcare Planning

Our Healthcare Planners can facilitate the translation of client briefs to functional relationships and conceptual approaches, helping to understand clinical priorities which are estate wide and patient centred. As part of this role we can also undertake activity and capacity analysis to ensure that facilities to support clinical change are efficient and future proofed.

We provide support to clients by ensuring that at all times there is a focus on improving the patient experience throughout the process from the earliest stages through to project commissioning and operation.
