JCT Employer’s Agent

Under a design and build Contract an Employer’s Agent can be appointed to act as a communications bridge for clients and therefore become trusted advisors. Across the business we have many Employers Agents who are experienced in supporting our clients so they can reach their project goals. Our approach is tried and tested with the team protecting our clients’ interests at all times, using our experience to guide the client through the procurement process all the way to the post contract phase.
