Principal Designer

Our team of health and safety consultants have the necessary skills knowledge experience and technical capability to fulfil the role of Principal Designer under CDM 2015 for Clients, Designers, Contractors. As Principal Designer we are responsible for the management of pre-construction health & safety risks, which secures health and safety for everyone affected. We plan, manage and monitor the health & safety matters of the pre-construction phase and continue to support the project throughout right through to completion, handover and in use phases of a project.

AA Projects are also able to provide Principal Designer Advisor (PDA) support Architects, Designers and Principal Contractors / Contractors who require specific project assistance and specialist health and safety support. AA Projects are also able to support the Building Safety Manager role, providing bespoke Health & Safety File’s, Fire Safety Management, Facilities Management and Lifecycle compliance.
