Programme Management

AA Projects provide Programme Management Support to our clients across various sectors and portfolios. The Programme Management team deliver multiple projects under one programme. The team act as the interface between the client and project teams by setting up a Project Management Office (PMO). This team is led by the Programme Manager and sets out, monitors, and reports on the project and programme objectives. This team covers risk, schedule management, stakeholder management, communication, change control, commercial assurance, quality assurance, document control and benefits realisation.
