Purchasers Agent

A Purchasers Agent is a project monitoring role that we undertake on behalf of our clients who are purchasing property from developers.

AA Projects advise on abnormal costs, agree the purchase price, assist in running the financial appraisal, assist in approving the development agreement, undertake on site monitoring of cost, specification compliance and programme, and ensure handover is well managed to provide an excellent standard of finish with all necessary paperwork in place.
